SANGEETA BAI Vs. STATE OF M.P.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is third application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C for grant of temporary bail filed by the applicant-Sangeeta Bai W/o Sunil Sharma, who is implicated in Crime No.663/2017 registered at Police Station-Nagda District Ujjain for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 506, 34 of IPC.

(2.) The second application for grant of bail was dismissed vide order dated 11.1.2019 passed in MCRC.No.48998/2018.

(3.) This time the petitioner has come before this Court for grant of temporary bail to make appropriate arrangement for her 14 years mentally retarded daughter, who is residing with her in jail.
