JUDGEMENT

(1.) In the present petition, the petitioner is a Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat Amuhaay, Janpad Panchayat Khaniyadhana, District Shivpuri.

(2.) It is submitted by the Learned Counsel for the petitioner that this petition is covered by the order dated 16/05/2019 passed by this Court in WP 10060/2019 (Smt. Raina Bai and Anr. v. State of MP and Anr.) and WP 10063/2019 (Narendra and Anr. v. State of MP and Anr.).

(3.) The Learned Counsel for the State also did not dispute the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner.
