JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is the first application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C for anticipatory bail. The applicant apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No. 349/2019 registered b y Police Station Madan Mahal District Jabalpur for the offence under Sections 376(2)(ch) and 376(2)(N) of the I.P.C.

(2.) As per the prosecution story, the allegation levelled against the applicant is that on the pretext of marriage the applicant committed sexual intercourse with prosecutrix repeatedly.
