JUDGEMENT

(1.) By this writ petition the petitioner who is working as Sanitary Inspector, has challenged the transfer order dated 20.9.2019 whereby he has been transferred from Municipal Corporation Bairsiya, District Bhopal to Municipal Council Kareli, District Narsinghpur.

(2.) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is only one post of sanitary inspector in the present place of posting and the petitioner is working as Nodal Officer in Swachchhata Sarvekshan 2020. He has also submitted that at the transferred place another person is already working as Sanitary Inspector and Clause 11.23 of the transfer policy has been violated.

(3.) As against this, learned counsel for the respondents has supported the impugned order of transfer.
