JUDGEMENT

(1.) The applicant has filed this first bail application under section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of bail.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested by Police Station Girwai District Gwalior (M.P.) in connection with Crime No. 186/2019 registered in relation to the offences punishable under Section 8/21 of the NDPS Act.

(3.) Prosecution story in nut shell is that applicant has been arrested on 04/08/2019 and recovered weighing 17.80 grams Smack. On the aforesaid basis, crime has been registered.
