JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is third application under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of bail.

(2.) That earlier by order dated 26.11.2018, M.Cr.C.No.28231/2018 was dismissed.

(3.) The applicant is in jail in respect of Crime No.282/2014 registered at Police Station Dehat Bhind, District Bhind (M.P.) for offences punishable under Sections 420, 120B, 419, 471, 468 IPC read with Section 3/4 of the Madhya Pradesh Recognized Examination Act, 1937.
