(1.) The applicant has filed this first application under section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of bail.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested on 19.08.2019 by Police Station Kotwali, District Morena, in connection with Crime No.907/2019 registered in relation to the offence punishable under Section 8/20 of NDPS Act.

(3.) Prosecution story, in short, is that the applicant was found in illegal possession of 1.3 kg of ganja.
