This is the first application under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C filed by the applicant, who apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.612/2019, registered at Police Station Janakganj, District Gwalior, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A , 377 , 376 , 376(2)(N) , 376-D , 328 , 354-G , 506 , 323 , 109 of IPC.
