JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is first application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail filed by the applicant.

(2.) Applicant apprehends his arrest in connection with offence punishable under Section 327, 294, 323, 506, 34 of IPC registered at Crime No.618/2019 by Police Station Padav, District Gwalior (M.P.).

(3.) The allegation against the applicant, in short, is that he along with co-accused demanded money for liquor and on refusal they started beating the complainant, due to which he received injuries. On the aforesaid basis, crime has been registered.
