JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard on I.A. No. 1137/2018, an application for seeking correction of date of death of father of the petitioner from 15.06.2002 to 18.05.2003.

(2.) The petitioner has filed death certificate of his father and according to which, the date of death is 18.05.2003. Hence, the application is allowed. Necessary correction be carried out in the mamo of petition.

(3.) The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking direction to the respondent to decide his representation for grant of compassionate appointment under the police prevailing at the time of death of his father.
