SALMAN KHAN Vs. STATE OF M.P.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The applicant has filed this first bail application under section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of bail.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested by Police Station Gwalior District Gwalior (M.P.) in connection with Crime No. 518/2019 registered in relation to the offence punishable under section 34(2) of the M.P. Excise Act.

(3.) Allegations against the applicant, in short, are that 54 bulk litres of country liquor was recovered from possession of the applicant and co-accused. On the aforesaid basis, crime has been registered against the applicant.
