JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition is filed seeking review/recalling of the final order passed by Lok Adalat comprising of 3 members on 12/12/2015 in W.P.No.2313/15 (Krishna Narayan Shrivastava Vs. State of M.P. & others) where the following direction has been passed :-

At the time when this matter was decided the issue pertaining to admissibility of pay scale to members of Ministerial cadre in the police department at par with the members of Executive cadre in the police department was sub-judice. However, the said issue came to be decided by the Apex Court in a batch of civil appeals including Civil Appeal Nos. 9888-9899 of 2018 (S.H Baig & Ors. Vs.State of Madhya Pradesh & Ors) decided on 25 th September, 2018 wherein the Apex Court has concluded in paras 12 & 13 as under:-

(3.) In view of the aforesaid, it is obvious that the disparity between the aforesaid two cadres now stands upheld.
