JUDGEMENT

(1.) The applicant has filed this first application under section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of bail.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested by Police Station Apraadh Shakha, District Gwalior, in connection with Crime No.112/2019 registered in relation to the offences punishable under section 420 of the IPC and 66-C of the Information Technology Act.

(3.) Allegations against the applicant, in short, are that he got transferred an amount of Rs.1,73,400/- of complainant through Paytm in his account and thus defrauded the complainant.
