JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard on I.A. No. 5974/2019, an application for hearing during vacation.

(2.) Keeping in view the reasons mentioned therein, the application stands allowed. Matter is taken up.

(3.) The petitioners have filed the present petition being aggrieved by the notice dated 20.12.2019 issued by the Building Officer, Nagar Palik Nigam, Dewas whereby they have been directed to submit necessary document in respect of 3 storied building within three days, failing which, said building shall be removed at their cost.
