POOJA Vs. STATE OF M.P.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is first bail application under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

(2.) Applicant apprehends arrest in connection with Crime No.174/2019 registered at Police Station Mahila Padav District Gwalior (M.P.) for the offences punishable under sections 498-A, 377, 323 and 294 of the IPC.

(3.) Allegation against the applicant in short is that she helped the other co-accused in commission of offence under Section 377 of the IPC. On the aforesaid basis, crime has been registered against the applicant.
