JUDGEMENT

(1.) With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, heard finally.

(2.) This petition has a limited challenge and the main grievance pertains to certain remarks/observations made in the letter dated 13.03.2018 and order of transfer dated 09.6.2018.

(3.) The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher, posted at Government Middle Model School, Sidhi. It is alleged that some of the students complained to their parents about phonographic video/movie being shown to them by one of the school teacher Mr. S. Gautam on his mobile phone. It is stated that complaints were made by the parents to the school administration, however, the school administration, instead of taking action on the complaint, threatened and scolded the students for informing their parents about the incident.
