JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is first bail application filed by the applicants Abbas Ali, Smt. Sharifa and Neelofar under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail.

(2.) The applicants apprehend their arrest in connection with Crime No.411/2019, registered at P.S. City Kotwali, District " Khandwa under Sections 498-A, 34 of IPC.

(3.) Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants were granted ad-interim anticipatory bail by order dated 02.07.2019 by this Court. It is further submitted that the applicants have already furnished bail in compliance of aforesaid order and did not misuse the liberty so granted by this Court.
