JUDGEMENT

(1.) With consent, heard finally.

(2.) The applicant have filed this second bail application u/S 439, Cr.P.C . for grant of bail. Earlier bail application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 07.12.2018 passed in M.Cr.C No. 47981/2018.

(3.) The applicant has been arrested by Police Station Bajranggarh, District Guna in connection with Crime No.52/2018 registered in relation to the offences punishable u/Ss. 420 and 506 of IPC .
