JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is first bail application u/S. 439 of Cr.P.C. filed by the applicant for grant of bail.

(2.) Applicant has been arrested on 25.07.2019 by Police Station Baraso, Bhind in connection with Crime No. 42/2019 registered in relation to the offences punishable u/Ss.294, 323, 324, 506, 326, 34 of IPC.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor for the State opposed the application and prayed for its rejection by contending that on the basis of the allegations and the material available on record, no case for grant of bail is made out.
