JUDGEMENT

(1.) I.A. No.1493/2019 is an application seeking leave to file the review petition. The same stands allowed.

(2.) The present Review Petition has been filed by the Petrol Diesel Dealers Association Ujjain & Another being aggrieved by the order dated 19.02.2019 passed by this Court in W.P. No.1294/2019 (Manthan Parmarthik Sanstha v/s Union of India & Others). The aforesaid Writ Petition was preferred by way of Public Interest Litigation against the advertisement issued by the oil company dated 14.12.2018 and the matter has been decided on merits.

(3.) Not only this, another writ petition i.e. W.P. No.2001/2019 (Munnalal Agrawal & Another v/s Union of India & Others) has also been dismissed by the High Court.
