(2.) The applicant has been arrested on 15.08.2019 by Police Station Crime Branch, District Gwalior, in connection with Crime No.97/2019 registered in relation to the offence punishable under Section 8/21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

(3.) Prosecution story, in short, is that the applicant was found in possession of 50 grams of Smack.
