JUDGEMENT

(1.) This first application under Section 439 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 has been filed by applicant, who is implicated in connection with Crime No. 516/2019 registered at Police Station Mahakaal, District Ujjain (MP) for offence punishable under Sections 379 and 120 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

(2.) The applicant is in custody since 01.10.2019.

(3.) As per prosecution story, on 22.09.2019 a report was lodged by complainant Preetam Singh Anjana at Police Station, Mahakaal, District Ujjain (MP) regarding theft of Tractor bearing registration number MP-13 AD-0902.
