JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is 1st bail application u/S. 439 Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner for grant of bail.

(2.) Petitioner has been arrested on 08.08.2019 by Police Station Gole Ka Mandir District Gwalior (M.P.) in connection with Crime No.396/2019 registered in relation to the offences punishable u/S.304-B, 498-A, 34 of IPC and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor for the State opposed the application and prayed for its rejection by contending that on the basis of the allegations and the material available on record, no case for grant of bail is made out.
