JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is first application filed on behalf of the applicant under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested on 20.12.2018 in connection with Crime No. 209/2018 registered by Police Station Civil Lines, District Sagar for offence punishable under Sections 302/34 and 201 of IPC.

(3.) As per prosecution case, on 15.12.2018 an information received by the police that one human body was found in the village Babupura near Petrol Pump. Thereafter, the police has registered the Merg No. 0/2018 and after investigation police has implicated the applicant along with three co-accused persons.
