JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is 1st application u/S. 439 Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner for grant of bail.

(2.) Petitioner has been arrested on 22.07.2019 by Police Station Bahodapur District Gwalior (M.P.) in connection with Crime No.494/2019 registered in relation to the offences punishable u/S.399, 402 of IPC and 11/13 of MPDVPK Act and 25/27 of Arms Act.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor for the State opposed the application and prayed for its rejection by contending that on the basis of the allegations and the material available on record, no case for grant of bail is made out.
