ARVIND KUSHWAH Vs. STATE OF M.P.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The applicant has filed this first bail application under section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of bail.

(2.) The applicant has been arrested on 20/05/2019 by Police Station Lahar District Bhind (M.P.) in connection with Crime No. 189/2019 registered in relation to the offences punishable under Section 392 of IPC and Section 11/13 of the MPDPK Act.

(3.) Prosecution story in short is that complainant alongwith his brother Ashu was going to Maseran road to bring chaff. At around 1.30 am in the night on 24/04/2019 two unknown persons came by motorcycle and threatened the complainant and his brother by showing Katta and looted one Redmi 5 mobile and motorcycle. On the aforesaid basis, crime has been registered.
