DHEERAJ Vs. STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This first application under Section 439 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 has been filed by applicant, who is implicated in connection with Crime No.445/2019 registered at Police Station Azad Nagar, Indore District Indore (MP) for offence punishable under Section 8 read with Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

(2.) The applicant is in custody since 30.08.2019.

(3.) As per prosecution story, on the basis of secret information, 1.500 kilograms of cannabis (ganja) was recovered from the possession of present applicant.
