JUDGEMENT

(1.) The applicant has filed this Fourth application under section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of bail.

(2.) Earlier first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 23/04/2019 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 15211/2019, second bail application was dismissed on merit vide order dated 25/06/2019 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 25189/2019 and third bail application was also dismissed on merit vide order dated 08/07/2019 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 27385/2019.

(3.) The applicant has been arrested by Police Station Gwalior District Gwalior (M.P.) in connection with Crime No. 706/2018 registered in relation to the offence punishable under sections 307, 506 and 34 of the IPC.
