JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is second bail application filed by the applicant under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) Applicant Anurag was arrested on 11.02.2019 in Crime No. 87/2019 registered at Police Station Hata, District Damoh (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Section 306/34 and 376 of IPC.

(3.) First bail application of the applicant has been dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide orders dated 17.07.2019 passed in M.Cr.C. Nos. 22050/2019.
