(1.) This revision petition by accused under sections 397 and 401 Cr. P.C., is directed against the order dated 11/11/2017 framing charge under section 477 IPC against applicant No.1, Nandlal and under section 420 IPC against applicants No.2 and 3, Muralidhar & Narayan respectively, in sessions trial No.67/2017 by Fourth Additional Sessions Judge, Ujjain arising out of FIR No.278/2015 registered at Police Station Madho Nagar, Ujjain.
