JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is second repeat bail application u/S. 439 of Cr.P.C. filed by the applicant for grant of bail after rejection of earlier one which was dismissed on merits with liberty to come again after suffering some reasonable period of custody.

(2.) Applicants have been arrested on 25.07.2019 by Police Station Bahodapur, District Gwalior in connection with Crime No. 640/2015 registered in relation to the offences punishable u/Ss.384, 448, 341, 323, 506 and 34 of IPC.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor for the State opposed the application and prayed for its rejection by contending that on the basis of the allegations and the material available on record, no case for grant of bail is made out.
