(2.) THE applicant has been arrested in connection with the offences under section 366, 368 and 376 IPC. It is submitted on behalf of applicant Sanand Ram that he has married with prosecutrix Bifni Ekka. A copy of the affidavit of the prosecutrix has been filed.
