(1.) This first appeal has been filed against the judgment of the trial court dated 14th December, 2016 passed in CS No.13-A/2013.

(2.) Learned counsel for appellant has sought permission to withdraw the appeal as against the respondent No.1,2 and 4.

(3.) The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn against the said respondents.
