(1.) Heard on I.A Nos.651/2018 and 1463/2018 filed on behalf of petitioner no.6 and petitioner nos.1 & 3 respectively in W.P No.14836/2017.

(2.) The aforesaid applications have been filed by petitioner nos.1, 3 & 6 seeking withdrawal of the petition as far as they are concerned.

(3.) For the reasons mentioned therein, the applications are allowed.
