JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard with the aid of case diary.

(2.) This is a Second application of applicant Pankaj Khatri filed under section 439 Cr. P.C., 1973 for grant of bail. The earlier application was rejected on merits vide order dated 31/1/2018 passed in MCrC No.27076/2017.

(3.) The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.392/2017 registered at Police Station Omti, District Jabalpur for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC.
