JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard. Case diary perused.

(2.) This is third application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail. Applicant - Kapil Choudhary is implicated in connection with crime No.503/2017 registered at police station- Kotwali, Dewas for offence punishable under sections 302 , 294 , 506 / 34 of IPC and under Section 25 of the Arms Act.

(3.) His first and second applications have been dismissed as withdrawn vide orders dated 6/09/2017 and 14/11/2017, passed in M.Cr.C. Nos.7786/2017 and 19975/2017 respectively with liberty to repeat the same after recording the court statement of the material prosecutions witnesses.
