JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard both the learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) This is firs t bail application filed by the applicants Jayantilal Gokaldas Gandhi, Sanjay Jayantilal Gandhi, Rajiv Jayantilal Gandhi, Anirudh Sharma and Smt. Santosh Sharma under Section 438 of CrPC for grant of anticipatory bail.

(3.) The applicants apprehend their arrest in connection with Crime No.91/2014, registered at P.S "" Morwa, District "" Singrauli under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of IPC.
