This second application under section 439 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 has been filed by applicant Lakhan s/o Ramesh Jat, who is implicated in connection with Crime No.425/2015 registered at Police Station Aerodrome Indore, District Indore (MP) for offence punishable under Sections 8/29/20(B)(ii) (C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
