JUDGEMENT

(1.) Case dairy perused and argument heard.

(2.) This is second bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by the applicant Shahnawaj Khan, who has been arrested on 01/11/2017 in connection with Crime No.281/2017 registered at Police Station Shahpura, District Bhopal for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the IPC.

(3.) Earlier bail application was dismissed on merit by this Court vide order dated 22/11/2017 passed in M.Cr.C.No.21844/2017.
