(1.) Learned counsel for the parties have fairly stated before this Court that in identical case i.e. Writ Petition No. 7229/2018 (Prakash Chand Adwani and Anr. v. Union of India and Ors.) the controversy involved has been decided on 28/03/2018 . The order dated 28/03/2018 reads as under:-

(2.) In light of the aforesaid judgment, present petition stands disposed of and the aforesaid judgment shall be applicable mutatismutandis in the present case also. Certified copy as per rules.
