(2.) This order shall govern the disposal of both the M.Cr.C.No.4808/2018 and M.Cr.C.No.9534/2018.

(3.) This is first application filed by the applicants/ accused under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail, apprehending their arrest in connection with Crime No.14/2018 registered at Police Station Badamalehra, District Chhatarpur (MP) for the offences registered under Sections 420 and 421 of the IPC.
