(2.) The present review petition has been filed against the order dated 12/1/2018 passed in W.P.No. 3358/2017 (Anwar s/o Shri Haji Rahmat Ali Patel Vs. Revenue Board of MP & Ors., ).

(3.) Facts of the case reveal that the non-applicant No.1 came up before this Court against the order passed by the Board of Revenue and after hearing learned counsel for the parties, this Court has decided the matter on merits.
