(2.) Brief facts of the case are that against the order of punishment dated 22/09/2009 and also against dismissal of appeal in revision respectively whereby, the punishment of removal from service has been imposed by the Disciplinary Authority, which has been upheld by the Appellate Authority and Revisional Authority.
