JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this petition claiming following reliefs:-

As far as order dated 6.2.2018 (Annexure P/1) is concerned, Principal Secretary of the department, who was asked to submit his affidavit vide order dated 01.08.2018, has submitted his affidavit and has admitted in para 5 of the affidavit that the order dated 06.02.2018 is erroneous and the same has been withdrawn.

(3.) Learned Govt. Advocate appearing for the State has produced the order dated 07.08.2018 showing that the order dated 6.2.2018 has been withdrawn and cancelled.
