JUDGEMENT

(1.) Case dairy perused and argument heard.

(2.) This is second bail application filed by applicant Harikant Bhardwaj under section 439 of the Cr.P.C., 1973 who has been arrested on 31.07.2017 in connection with Crime No.239/2017 registered at Police Station Omti, Jabalpur for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 419, 120-B, 34 of IPC.

(3.) Earlier bail application filed by the applicant was dismissed on merit by this Court vide order dated 05/04/2018 passed in M.Cr.C.No.24270/2017.
