VISHAL GOLCHHA Vs. THE STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to applicants Vishal Golchha, Vishnu Mehra and Youvraj Sahu in connection with Crime No.15/2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 147 , 149 , 353 , 332 and 323 IPC registered at Police Station Cantt., district Jabalpur.

(2.) The applicants herein are apprehending their arrests in the aforesaid case. Vide order dated 5.3.2018 this court had called for the case diary of the counter- case being Crime No.36/2018 of Police Station Cantonment, district Jabalpur.

(3.) Learned counsel for the State informs that the case diary of the said crime number has been received.
