JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard with the aid of case diary.

(2.) This is first bail application filed by the applicant Piyush Chaturvedi under section 438 of the Cr.P.C., 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail.

(3.) The applicant apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No. RC0082016A0001 registered at Police Station C.B.I., Bhopal for the offence punishable under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the IPC and Section 13(1)(d) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
