JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is first bail application filed on behalf of the applicant under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C.

(2.) The applicant is in custody since 24.11.2017 in connection with Crime No.440/2017 registered at Police Station Harsood, District Khandwa (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Sections 302 / 34 of

(3.) As per prosecution, on 20.11.2017, some scuffle with deceased Shrawan and co-accused Pintu took place and due to that applicant- Smt. Sangeeta along with other co-accused Jitendra, Surendra came there and Jitendra gave a blow of stick on the head of deceased and also beaten him by stick and thereafter, when the wife of deceased Shakun Bai came there to intervene, the applicant and other co- accused also beaten her.
