JUDGEMENT

(1.) The appellant Bank of India, Palasia Branch (hereinafter referred to as Bank for short) is hereby assailing correctness, propriety and legality of the judgment and decree passed by VIIth Addl. District Judge to the Court of District Judge, Indore in the matter of Civil Suit No. 4-B/81 whereby the learned Judge dismissed the suit filed by the appellant Bank against the respondents.
