C. for grant of bail to the applicant as he been arrested on 24.03.2017 in connection of Crime No. 259/2017, registered at Police Station Gadarwara, district Narsinghpur for commission of offences punishable under Sections 363, 366, (ka), 368, 376 (2) (Jha) (Dha) and Sec. 3/4 of Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
